Terms of Service
Simple rules for using the Findmerce website and electronic services.
Translation notice: this English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
1. General information
The Findmerce website is operated by Przemysław Langner under the Findmerce brand as an unregistered activity under Polish law. Full service provider details are available in the Privacy Policy – Service provider details.
Findmerce services are primarily intended for businesses, online stores and professionals working in e-commerce.
2. Services available through the website
Through the website, users may in particular:
- read information about Findmerce services,
- use a form that prepares an email concerning a free mini audit,
- contact Findmerce by email,
- review indicative scopes and prices of services.
Paid catalog optimisation, product data and implementation services are agreed individually with the client outside the website's automated mechanisms.
3. Technical requirements
Using the website requires a device with Internet access and a current web browser. To send a message prepared by the mini-audit form, a configured email application or service supporting mailto: links is required. JavaScript enhances animations and form functionality, but core website content is available without creating an account.
4. Rules of use
Users should use the website in accordance with the law, good practice and its intended purpose. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content, attempt to compromise website security, disrupt its operation or use it in a way that infringes third-party rights.
5. Mini audit
The mini audit is a free preliminary analysis within the scope described on the website. Sending a request does not guarantee completion within a specific time and does not automatically create a paid contract. Findmerce may ask for additional information needed to assess the catalog.
6. Paid cooperation
Paid cooperation begins after the client and Findmerce individually agree at least the scope of work, price and method of delivery. Prices shown on the website are indicative and do not create an automatic order or payment.
Before paid work begins, the client receives confirmation of the scope and total price and, where applicable, the method of accounting for taxes due.
7. Nature of results
Findmerce provides services involving analysis and improvement of product data and technical catalog readiness. Sales results, search rankings, appearance of a product in a particular AI system or campaign performance also depend on factors outside Findmerce's control and therefore are not guaranteed.
8. Rights to materials
Materials on the website, including texts, visual identity elements and original analysis examples, are protected under applicable law. Use of the website does not transfer rights to those materials.
9. Ending use of electronic services
Users may stop using free informational website services at any time by leaving the website. For individually agreed paid cooperation, termination rules follow the arrangements made with the client.
10. Complaints about the website
Comments or complaints concerning the operation of the website or electronic services may be sent to contact@findmerce.pl. The message should make it possible to identify the issue. Findmerce will respond without undue delay, generally within 14 days.
11. Privacy
Rules for personal data processing and information about browser storage are described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the terms
These Terms may be updated, in particular because of changes to website functions, service delivery or applicable law. The current version is published on this page.
